- Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
- Expedited Delivery: Available for urgent items (24-48 hours) with additional charges
Shipping Limitations
Please note:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery companies or shipping partners
- For international shipments or deliveries outside Lagos, additional transit time may be required
- Once items are shipped with our carriers, we cannot issue refunds for delivery delays
Personalized Products
- All sales of personalized/customized products are final once production begins
- Customers are responsible for verifying all design details during the proofing process
- We will not alter any text or designs provided by customers, including spelling errors
Order Processing
- Orders are subject to product availability
- If items become unavailable, we will contact you to arrange alternatives or refunds
- No refunds will be issued for unsolicited payments sent to our account
Pricing Policy
Product prices and delivery charges may change, but confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.
