1. Custom Products Are Non-Returnable
Due to the personalized nature of our products (e.g., custom-designed face caps), all sales are final. Once an order is placed and the customization process is completed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:
- Provide proof of damage (e.g., photos or videos).
- Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer one of the following:
- A free replacement of the product.
- A full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
3. Incorrect or Unwanted Customizations
Since customers are responsible for designing their products (e.g., choosing fonts, colors, and designs), we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Errors in customization (e.g., wrong text, font, or color chosen by the customer).
- Dissatisfaction with the final design after approval.
Tip: Please use the preview feature carefully before placing your order to ensure your design is exactly as you want it.
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the customization process has not yet started. Once customization begins, cancellations are no longer possible due to the personalized nature of our products.
5. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
